Charging screw pump
G(LB) Progressive Cavity Pumps can be widely used to transport crude oil, ore pulp. Slurry, chemical and chemical fiber pulp, mucilage, coating, syrup, jam, cosmetics and concentrate sewage.

Material: According to different requirements of clients, ordinary material pumps or stainless steel pumps can be provided (1Cr18Ni9Ti for normal, 1Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti or special). The rubber material of stator is usually acrylonitrile-butadiene rubber, in addition suitable for ethylene- propulene rubber, Food rubber, urethane rubber, Fluorine rubber, etc.
Operation Principle
Single screw pump is an inner-engaged and round type volume pump. Wind stator act as planet when turning round by axis in pairs of line the stator holes of spiral as single track the rotor of spirals. The rotor is in succession airtight ones who stator take shape between the one, at the uniform velocity, what medium from sucking the end to send to extruding end. Because of these characteristics, the single screw pump is esppecialllly suitable for the work of the following operating mode.
--- The sending of high viscidity medium. Medium viscidity is different according to size of the pump, from 20000mpa.s to 200,000Mpa.S
--- The medium with solid particle or fiber.
The max. Grain-size of the particle is up to 16mm (exceed rotor partial); the fiber length can reach 1000MM(about equal pitch of rotor of 0.4 times). The content of solid can generally reach 40%, when the solids that are included of slight small particle, it can reach 60% or taller.
--- Require sending it in succession, steady pressure and the periodicity pressure is avoiding the reciprocation pump.
--- For -10-80 °C to send medium temperature (special pump can reach 150°C )
--- Require that it is small to send stirring. Do not destroy the intrinsic structure, which is sending the medium.
--- Low noise
Points for attention of type that selects user
According to medium different viscidity, abrasion the necessary flow and the pressure, select different speed, model pump to guarantee the pump to run reliably. If medium heavy abrasion, viscinity, user select for use our factory product, GN single screw pump. Which is the special purpose for sending high vicinity.
2.The user requires the reversible pump to run, should indicate especially while ordinary .So that the factory fully considers that it requires and take the requisite measure.
3. Do need the motive equipment and reserve condition must indicate in the order.
